Our business is committed to being an active and positive contributor to the Naples community.  We support the local economy by partnering with nearby small businesses, hiring locally when possible, and encouraging guests and customers to explore Naples’ restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.  We strive to operate responsibly by respecting the area’s natural beauty and promoting environmentally conscious practices that help preserve Naples’ coastal and ecological resources.  In addition, we believe in giving back through community involvement, whether by supporting local events, charities, or and family-focused initiatives, and Military Veteran Charites, as both of my brothers served in the U.S. Army.

Our goal is not just to operate in Naples, but to be a business that strengthens the community and reflects the values that make Naples a special place to live and visit.

One of the most important things we’ve learned from the Naples community is the value of relationships and trust. Naples’s residents and customers appreciate businesses that are consistent, personable, and genuinely invested in the community…not just transactional. This has shaped how we operate by prioritizing customer service, long-term relationships, and local partnerships over quick growth. By listening to the community and responding to their expectations, we’ve built a business approach that emphasizes quality, integrity, and accountability.

Over the next year, we aim to grow in a steady, controlled way by strengthening our reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and clear communication. Our focus will be on refining our project management processes, expanding relationships with trusted local subcontractors and suppliers, and taking on slightly larger or more complex residential and light commercial projects. We also plan to invest in improved scheduling, estimating, and safety practices to increase efficiency and consistency. Our goal is to build a strong foundation for long-term growth while continuing to deliver high-quality work that meets the expectations of Naples homeowners and businesses.

We’re seeing more demand for technology-driven project management, energy-efficient and resilient building practices, and higher expectations for quality and transparency. Labor shortages are also pushing contractors to work more efficiently and rely on trusted subcontractors. Overall, the industry is moving toward smarter, more durable, and more sustainable construction.

Looking ahead, the legacy I hope to leave is one rooted in integrity, service, and resilience. Within my family, I want to be remembered as someone who led by example—who worked hard, honored commitments, and showed that character matters more than convenience. I hope future generations see that perseverance, accountability, and compassion are not just ideals, but daily practices.  As well as leaving a legacy in  my son memory

Within my community, I hope my legacy reflects a commitment to giving back and leaving things better than I found them. Whether through mentorship, service, or building something that provides opportunity for others, I want my impact to be practical and lasting. Ultimately, I want to be remembered not for titles or achievements, but for positively influencing lives and contributing to a stronger, more connected community.
